One musician that I do not even list on any list or even think about anymore is Prince. He is now a very religious person and not too proud of his earlier creations of his career in the 1980’s. His epic song, “Purple Rain” was one of my anthems as a young woman in her 20’s back then. The songs deeper meaning just hit me and, instead of giving my interpretation, I humbly submit a cherished quote from a Master:
Thoth- They that are guided go not astray but they that are lost can not find a straight path.
The Purple Rain flows within…To reach it, seek those who reside there to guide the way.
